Hunting Knife Sharpening Service available at www.EliteEdges.com
This will be a list of top recommended hunting knives for 2014 , 2015 and beyond. The few features that I will be looking for will be overall design, ergonomics and a quality blade steel used for the knife. A highier quality blade steel means a sharper knife edge that lasts longer without having to be sharpened. This in return means that the user applies less force while cutting and experiences less fatigue during cutting tasks. I will update this list as new knives come to my attention and include photos when possible. This is by no means a end all/be all list. I will break up the hunting knives in to 3 sections: small (under 3"), medium (3"-5") and large(5"+).
